Meat Messaging - Demonstration of using slip sheet palletising with Serial Shipping Container Code (SSCC) pallet label

Each carton/case has a label that links to the pallet label (placard) and thus the consignment SSCC (shipping mark), the carton/case label includes:

• GTIN (AKA ID mark) for meat products the GTIN includes the AI for weight, production date and serial number to collectively create a globally unique number/barcode of up to 48 digits.
• Foreign Official Mark (AKA AI stamp, official mark).
• Foreign establishment number (AKA Establishment number, est number, plant number, packed by).

• Net Weight
