Meat Messaging - Demonstration of using slip sheet palletising with Serial Shipping Container Code (SSCC) pallet label
Each slip sheet pallet has set of SSCC pallet labels (AKA Placard) that links to the consignment that includes:
- Pallet SSCC (AKA ID mark [when pallet is a big carton/ case], SSCC, Pallet ID).
- Consignment SSCC (AKA shipment SSCC, message SSCC).
- Foreign establishment number (AKA Establishment number, est number, plant number, packed by).
- Official Inspection Mark (AKA Inspection Mark, US inspection stamp) when a pallet is treated as a big carton/case.
- Production date range
- Total net weight
- Count of units that comprise pallet.
- Shipping mark (AKA port mark) made up of 3 Letters representing the foreign establishment number and 9 digits that are the last 9 digits from the consignment SSCC.
